ORDERING INFORMATION
Online Ordering
Online ordering is available at http://www.museumeditonswest.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any questions, please email sales@museumeditionswest.com
By Telephone
To place an order by telephone, please call 1-310-822-2558, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Pacific Time. Please print your online order form to use as a guide and have your credit card ready.
By Fax
To order by fax, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please complete and print the online order form with your billing and shipping information and fax to 1-310-822-3508. Please indicate your name, telephone number and fax number on every page.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
You must use a credit card to place an order on the Museum Editions West online store. We accept the following major credit cards: Mastercard and VISA. Please do not use dashes or spaces when entering your credit card number, and be sure to include the expiration date.

Prices listed are full retail and are subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts may be available upon request. If you would like information regarding pricing and discounts, please call 1-310-822-2558, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Pacific Time.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RATES
All orders are shipped via common carrier (UPS/FedEx) within the next two business days of receipt of order.
Standard Delivery UPS Ground – Regular Sized Posters – Call for Oversized
Shipping rates for the continental United States:
Order Total Standard Delivery
1-4 Pieces $11.95
5-10 Pieces $14.00
11-25 Pieces $17.00
With standard delivery, most orders will arrive within ten business days.
Express Delivery
The cost for express delivery within the continental United States is calculated on an individual basis. Call for an estimate. Orders will arrive within five business days.
AIR RATE
2-Day AIR Delivery, ADD $25 to standard delivery charge. Alaska and Hawaii must ship via AIR
BACKORDER
Occasionally, an item will be on backorder or out of stock. In that event, we will determine the status of the product and notify you with the information by email or telephone. Backorders are shipped automatically as soon as they are in stock. Backorders for items not in stock within 30 days will be cancelled. You will have the option to be informed when the item is available again.
DAMAGES AND REPLACEMENTS
We will gladly replace damaged or defective items. All claims for damages or errors must be reported to us within one week of receipt of order. If the shipping package is damaged, refuse the order and notify us immediately. If the damaged package is accepted in error, please save all contents and contact us immediately. We are not responsible for replacements of defective posters and prints once the customer has framed them.
COLOR AND SIZE DISCLAIMER
We are strongly committed to producing the best quality posters and prints. However, due to various printing and representation methods of the images found online or in the catalog, slight variances in color and size may occur. We recommend that frames, mats or glass never be precut based on the dimensions printed online or in the catalog.
CUSTOM FRAMING
